We have a MS Access database that performs our daily tasks such as:
- Contact List
- Various Reports
- Tracks Revenue and Sales
Currently the database doesn't have a working switchboard and all the users are logging in as Admin. We like to have the following done to the database:
1- We like to set-up permissions for our users and start using the switchboard.
2- Want to change various reports to accommodate our needs to include taxes and various breakdowns.
3- Add additional features to our database to include other types of business that we offer to our clients.
4- We desire to have multiple users log in at the same time and use the database at the same time
5- To be able to have our database to be accessible online simultaneously with up to 5 users.
We are on the database all day therefore all the changes will take place after our work hours and during the weekend. Which means you can access it from Mon to Fri 6pm to 8am and all day Saturday and Sunday.
