I have a php website, and one of the features is that whenever a someone fills out an html form, that info gets sent to their Aweber list, but also gets entered into our database. The only verification needed on the users side is they must enter the Aweber list name (no need for them to enter their password). What I have done already works, but there is one thing that I just cannot find how to fix. At the moment, whenever someone fills out the form, the data does get sent to the Aweber list successfully, but for some reason, the subscriber always has to confirm their opt-in email address, even if the setting for this inside Aweber is turned off. I know that this is definitely possible, because I have seen it as a feature in several other websites, but I just can't figure it out. I need someone to fix this so that it won't automatically turn this on, and it will take the setting that the user sets inside Aweber into effect. As I said before, using something where the user has to input their Aweber username and password is not an option, they should only have to use their unique list name.
