The individual in this role will be enthusiastic and detail oriented with experience in creating and executing digital and email marketing programs. This position will partner with cross-functional teams to develop ongoing marketing programs that drive social media website. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of various digital marketing channels, including websites, email, content strategy, and social networks.
Strategize with cross-functional teams to develop marketing programs that drive commerce.
Use Google Analytics to derive reporting and marketing insights.
Utilize enterprise email tool to pull and segment email customer lists, load creative and execute email campaigns.
Lead social media monitoring activities.
Manage and implement content via content management system for various web properties.
Ensure accuracy, compliance and reflective of brand standards.
Write creative briefs for content creation and email design.
Work with digital analyst to maintain campaign performance reporting, with a strong interest in digital analytics as a growth area.
Plan email testing and optimization.

2-5 years of experience in retail, internet or email marketing
Passion for digital marketing and a proven track record seeing digital project to successful completion
Experience in email platform, such as Exact Target
Experience in web content management systems
Working knowledge of social media platforms
Ability to manage many projects
Experience in reporting
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
