We are looking for someone to assist with our XERO business accounting. Daily reconciling, creating invoices, sending reports to us with accounts outstanding, allocating lump payments to outstanding invoices, making sure it is all set up correctly. It will be 5 days a week for 2 hours a day. We will communicate via skype and skype instant message. These will be consistent hours and may increase over time as business grows. We are looking for someone to take initiative and find ways to better our systems.
We are located in Australia and our office hours are generally 9-5pm Monday-Friday.
Pay will depend on feedback and skills. You hours will be at least 10 hours per week (must be done daily 2 hours - flexi time slot).
