Individual will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and must have analytical skills and be “hands on”, have the ability to effectively live monitor (phone calls), coach (skype,phone), train and retrain sales agents, anazyle campaign strategies and suggest changes and most importantly be able to effectively communicate. Salary starts at $ 800 plus performance based bonus; cashing in at $1000 monthly is expected but getting $1200 is doable.
-Monitoring, coaching & developing the skills of team members to attain key performance indicators.
-Conducting daily/weekly individual coaching sessions with all team members along with regular performance reviews.
-Reporting & analyzing statistics to monitor campaign performance (call volumes, lead conversion etc).
-Communicating any issues or obstacles immediately to management for resolution.
-Previous experience in a sales/call center environment; supervisory and remote managing experience strongly preferred.

-Exceptional interpersonal skills; demonstrated success with interviewing, coaching, & conflict resolution
-Solid computer skills, Skype, Google Docs, MS Office, Email
-Strong planning & organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills both verbal & written in English
-Ability to work well under PRESSURE and stress while performing multiple tasks; able to set priorities & meet deadlines; ability to work in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment
-Available from 9:00 am -6:00 pm (EST) 5 days a week yet have flexibility in scheduling
