Virtual Assistant (Philippines based) required for regular work to assist with Administration and Marketing activities for a health and fitness business. We have high standards but we are happy to train and nurture someone who has a strong work ethic and proves that they are valuable to our team.
-- High level written and verbal English
You must be able to write and edit written content relating to processes, social media posts, blogs, newsletter articles etc. Please only apply if you have very strong written English skills (excellent grammar and if you are able to write, format and edit English text). If you don’t have excellent English skills, then we will need to re-hire someone who does (no time wasters please).
-- Administration and online skills
We need someone who is confident at using the internet to search and seek out answers on their own, can follow written instructions and watch video tutorials to teach themselves how to do new things. Some of the software or apps you will be using includes: Wordpress, Facebook, Instagram, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Google apps (sites, drive etc)
-- Efficient, motivated and able to work autonomously
Highly organised and able to perform tasks efficiently and quickly and be confident to ask questions when needed to ensure that the job is not delayed. You will be trained, guided and given very clear instructions and I will be available to answer questions. However we need you to have the confidence to make educated decisions when needed.
Must have experience and quality client ratings and reviews in working as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative role. An interest in Fitness and Health is an advantage but not essential.

Need to be able to start straight away, and work approx. 5-10 hours per week for the next 2 months. We are ideally looking for someone permanent and ongoing and it may lead to increased hours.
