We are a US-based company with remote staff in both the US and Latin America and Mexico.
We need a recruiter who speaks both English and Spanish and has experience sourcing and screening technical candidates.
We need to immediately hire two senior developers but would like to work with a recruiter on an ongoing basis with both recruiting candidates and assisting with on-boarding.
You would work from home and communicate directly with members of our team as you develop a recruiting pipeline, arrange interviews, correspond with references, and coordinate test projects for potential high-level candidates. You would also help to work with the candidates on contracts and assist with their introduction to our company.
