This job requires 2 different skill sets, so please take note.
Job 1. Contractor will log into a backend portal where client phone calls are recorded. Client will then listen to calls, determine if they are 1. qualified leads, 2. if appointment was set and 3. if not qualified, why? (out of territory, don't do service etc)
Contractor must be proficient in Excel to record observations.
Job 2. Contractor will need to follow a video tutorial on how to create a 'lead estimator report'
This requires gathering zip codes based on a geographic area, using a pre-programmed excel workbook to generate specific information, copying that information to a template word document, and then sending the completed work document back to us.
Contractor must be proficient with Excel and Word, and knowledge of Google adwords keyword research tool and Market Samurai is a plus.
