This role is primarily concerned with reading complex scientific research studies and academic papers in organisational psychology and HR and then creating easy to read, simple to understand written summaries that can be understood by a non – academic target audience.
The role requires a Masters or PhD in organizational or coaching psychology.
Initially the role is foundational in nature, so systems, processes and approaches may change and evolve quickly. However once these are established and the ‘product’ that the output of this role fulfills is established in the marketplace, it is expected that the Research Associate will be promoted to Senior Research Associate and will therefore fulfill a supervisory role.
For the right person this job can run into an ongoing permanent part-time role.
