You will have to use IBM SPSS software to do data mining and need to present to me in a proper report with all the steps and the outcome and your explanation.
To make sure that you understand who a call-center data work's, i need you to find me 3 resources of data mining of call center logs, with the exact reference of where you got the information. If it is from the internet i need the website, author, article name and when u saw the article all in APE format.
