A portable / Wearable biomedical research device is composed of multiple modules that records biosignals and physiological parameters including Pulse Wave, ECG, etc.
We already have a working software that can extract and display raw data from the modules.
We need to add a Synchronized FIFO buffer to pass the raw data to subsequent processing algorithms which include signal processing capabilities including Windowed Averaging, Peak detection, wave foot detection, rising slope, decay slope, secondry peaks, 2nd and 3rd derivatives of time domain signals, etc.
Another software module will perform neural network based parameter predictions from input parameters.
It is preferred to have this solution in C# / .net to be able to integrate with other in-house software.
