We are looking for telemarketer with B2B telesales experience for our classified website.
- Conduct market research
- With help of other team member, create calling list/leads.
- Update CRM system with identified leads and markets.
- Manage B2B outbound calls to current and prospective clients/customers.
- Schedule appointments for local sales representatives to meet with prospective customers, if customer want face-to-face meeting.
- Deliver prepared sales talks that describe products and services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase our service.
- Explain our offering and prices.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific companies.
- Create a feedback list based on customer requirement and consult with management (Record purchases and reactions of prospects contacted into CRM system).
- Call or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers.
- Customer follow-up on a monthly basis.
- Ideal candidate must be very driven and excited by sales. They should have experience in sales and have the ability to effectively interact with business executives of medium to large companies.
- Past experience with SALES is a must.
- He/she should be knowledgeable and can do market research and plan his or her potential sales lead list.
- Fluent in English & additional language will be preferred
- Ability to persuade client to buy the service
