Create detailed functional specifications HOW TO - STEP BY STEP manual for a "Listing Management System" for a busy commercial real estate firm.
The manual includes:
1. links to various sites required to create Listings - why the sites are required and how they fit into the business process flow
2. screenshots or video how to of the manual steps required to create a listing,
post a listing, amend a listing once it is live and report a listing sold/leased once the transaction is complete.
3. Workflow process is to be integrated into Microsoft Dynamic CRM and/or Sharepoint so remote access to a Listing Administrator will be possible.

Looking for a stellar Business Workflow Process professional to help redesign our current steps and make them more efficient and effective.
Must have experience in designing/implementing workflow processes, a familiarity with real estate tools and samples of previous work done in designing and documenting Work Flow Processes.

End product should be a stand alone training tool demonstrating the Work Flow Process through final manual and video for our HR library for future hires.
