We require a very experienced MYOB book keeper to provide a project with 3 distinct sub-projects being:
1. Accounting package set up and charting of accounts for MYOB online accounting software.
2. Book Keeping for the period July 2011 to June 2012
This comprises of 2 bank accounts with 828 transactions in the first account and 184 transactions in the second account approximately half of which are transfers to/from the first account. With production of financial statements for this period.
3. Book Keeping for the period July 2012 to December 2012
This comprises of 2 bank accounts with approximately 740 transactions in the first account and 130 transactions in the second account approximately half of which are transfers to/from the first account. With production of financial statements for this period.
In respect of the above, we will provide the successful contractor with bank account statement data in either .csv or .qif formats and other information as required. Also a breakdown of payroll data for less than 6 employees summarising gross, net and PAYG tax amounts will also be provided.
We need a person who is very experienced in MYOB so they can ensure that the accounts are accurate. They will enter all transactions, complete bank reconciliations and produce financial statements.
Our business is an import, retail and distribution business.
The person needs to be familiar with the Australian GST system to ensure that GST is correctly accounted. State which MYOB software versions for which they have experience of book keeping.
We wish for this project to be completed by 7th January 2013.
Assuming that the contractor positively meets our needs for this project we would seek to maintain an ongoing relationship with the contractor and for them to complete other projects for us.
