My company is small and trying to grow. We need help with a lot of tasks. Someone well-rounded, adaptable, responsible, dependable, and with attention to detail.
Top 3 duties are:
-maintain spreadsheet of consultants and hospital contacts and build email campaign off that spreadsheet.
-use email campaigns, LinkedIn and phone to contact and set appointments
-get more consultants into our linked in group (Epic Everything) and database. More followers of our company LinkedIn page (Block Consulting)
The first and most important duty would be to use mailchimp or a similar program to build automated email campaigns. Mailchimp will require some spreadsheet manipulation and importing. There are a lot of contacts so importing will probably be necessary. Someone with strong experience with mailchimp, spreadsheets, and importing into mailchimp is highly desirable.
Other tasks may include: updating website, LinkedIn, blog, etc.. A bulk mailing to hospital contacts is a possibility as well. If employee is cheap and does good work I will extend the contract for indefinite amount of time. Plenty of other odd-jobs to keep him/her busy.
