Applicants must poses the following criteria:
-Impeccable English skills both verbal and written
-With previous experience as a Customer Service Agent and/or related jobs.
-Must make effective contact with customers and prospect clients.
-Must be able to multi task and take on jobs with minimal supervision.
-Strong communication skills and must have be firm decision maker
-Must have Skype and other means of making free calls abroad
-Must have a good Internet Connection (a must)
-Honest, trustworthy and easy to work with.
-Must have an established working hours in oDesk.
