-- ABLE TO research and learn how to do things on your own (using Adobe Business Catalyst). I'm not paying for your learning time. I need you to have the experience and hit the road running and fully competent to use Adobe Business Catalyst for database, mailing lists, mail campaigns.
PRIMARY DUTY IS CRM ... INPUTTING CONTACTS TO DATABASE:
-- cleaning up database; correcting "bounces" (due to typos, etc.)
-- creating new "mailing lists" per MarionSpeaks protocol
-- modifying Excel contact lists to meet Adobe BC "advanced import" template
-- importing modified Excel contact lists to Adobe BC database
-- subscribing new imported contacts to newly created "Mailing Lists" AND weekly e-newsletter (2 steps)
POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL DUTIES (IF IT WORKS OUT):
-- cutting articles from "mail campaigns" and posting into blogs
-- writing SOPs (Standard operating procedures) for admin tasks
-- converting PowerPoint slides to handout workbooks (for course participants)
-- cleaning up "bounced" email addresses (obvious typos)
-- helping to create "client feedback reports" from SurveyMonkey surveys
Duties may increase as trust and experience is built
Starting/trial rate is $6. per hour; increase in rate subject to performance and output. FILIPINOS, CANADIANS, AMERICANS preferred
ESTIMATED DURATION: Ideally would like someone about 5 to 10 hours per week (average -- there will be busier and slower weeks, some working 0 hours, others working 10 or 15)
