We are a music lesson company in the U.S. hiring for the position of Director.
The job is overseeing and monitoring the work of our customer support staff via the web.
Your main job is to ensure the work of our staff is completed correctly and on time.
The job entails hiring and firing new contractors, answering contractor's questions, learning the detailed steps of each position and filling in for any position during transitions between contractors.
Strong English skills both written and spoken and strong computer skills are a must.
Management experience is required.
