A nutritionist or writer is needed to create weekly meal plans for a Paleo and weight loss program.
1. This is a monthly meal planner done in a weekly calender template from word. The weekly plan will include 3 daily meals breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts / snack recipes.
2. A weekly shopping list for a week at a time. and the whole month
3. A document with the all the recipes listed weekly for 4 weeks. No repeats of recipes or left overs. Each recipe will have the pre time, nutritional values and calories. If you have images, it would be good.

In addition you will need to find your own recipes to plan the week if needed.
