This is a type of job where you will assist by co-working with me. It is 20-50 hours per week. You don't need to have special technical skills of any kind. Your job is to help me be productive and focused on task. I am the owner of the company but we all work from home. You will have to work on Hawaii timezone work hours. You will have to have a high-quality microphone and webcam. We will talk about the projects to work on, and which ones we will delegate to others, and which ones we will work on. You don't need to actually do the work yourself (though it's possible you could do some if you had a particular specialty). The primary thing is to keep me focused. We us a project management system and we would teach you how to use it so you can see the prioritized projects, and then we will go through and achieve all our goals each day. You should be able to work full-time long-term. It could be seen as virtual assistant but not a typical job of that type.
