I am looking for a virtual executive assistant to work part time (approximately 10 hours per week to start). Based on the quality of work done, I am open to increasing the hours and making this a long term position.
Tasks will be both business and personal (examples below). From a business perspective, you can learn more about my background at http://www.linkedin.com/in/andyjagoe and on a personal note I have a family with two young children (newborn and 2 year old).
Initial responsibilities will include:
-Email (follow up, responses, scheduling)
-Phone calls (follow up, scheduling)
-(Business) Research and Data Entry (e.g. from a list of company names, compile a list of the CEO and VP Business Development's name and associated Linkedin URLs)
-(Personal) Research (e.g. create a list of gyms near our home in Palo Alto and call them to get pricing information; find a list of swimming pools near our home that do lessons for two year olds and get pricing/scheduling information; review the Palo Alto Menlo Park Mother's group web forums to make a list of things we might want to do this weekend with the children).
-Fluent in English
-Excellent communication skills and telephone presence
-Strong attention to detail
