We need an assistant with excellent verbal communication (English) skills and administrative skills to assist with all aspects of our real estate investment business. Strong English is essential as tasks may include telephone calls and written communication. Knowledge of USA business or real estate practices is important. Preference will be given to candidates who have significant experience working with USA based clients and/or are based in the USA themselves.
Tasks include (but not limited to):
- Coordinating meetings and activities by telephone and email.
- Track purchase offers in Excel and track documentation related to purchase offers
- Perform online research on current and potential properties
- Process paperwork and payments related to properties we currently own
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Basic financial management and bookkeeping tasks
Job is for 4 hours/day from 9pm - 1pm USA Central time (negotiable) Monday-Friday and could expand to full time as our business grows.
