I am looking for a personal assistant to work on a permanent basis. I would like them to be available between 8am and 5 pm PST.
It will be as needed to start 0-10 hrs per week, then as my business grows it will be 10-30 hrs/week and potentially full time depending on the versatility of the applicant.
*The most important thing is that the candidate must speak English and write in English at a very high level. Minimal to no accent preferred.*
I run a successful business, and may be starting others in the future. I am looking for someone to work along side me and assist me in my business dealings and personal matters. I am looking for someone who can assist me as the businesses grow :)
Duties will include:
- Regular liaison with myself over skype and email
- Scheduling meetings
- Sending emails on my behalf
- Data entry
- Phone calls (following up, surveys)
- Hiring and managing other outsourcers
- Web research
- Respond to QA for software program
- Technical duties such as SEO or social media
- Other duties
I provide very specific written instructions for all tasks.
If you do not have excellent written and spoken English, and are not comfortable making phone calls (over Skype or similar) then you should not apply for this position. I will provide skype credit.
