Boutique real estate firm specializing in Bank Owned Foreclosures is looking for VA for various tasks such as checking emails, handling tasks relating to business management, repairs for homes, responding to clients, doing Weekly Inspection, Vacant Property Registrations, Water Utility Task and handle real estate related issues for bank owned/foreclosed homes, entering information and uploading documents/photos into our database. Must have previous experience working with REOs.

Must be a self starter who can understand and follow directions in MLS systems since I don't have a lot of time to teach this. I need someone who can complete tasks in a timely manner, deadline and detail oriented. Background in real estate preferable. Could lead to long term work.
