Calls come in to an operator who may pass on a callback request to you. We have two types of users on the site: Customers who are trying to get quotes and place an order and Service Providers who sign up with us and enter their pricing information.
Both may need assistance in using the site or have questions about the website and the services it provides.
The applicant needs to be able to quickly learn as much about the product and how to use it in order to correctly advise other users.
