we need to customer able to recharge his pin via IVR or panel or SMS.
3. Call Back:
We need DID Call back (busy on receiving call and force call ID our DID number on call ID) and SMS Call back
one the ways that user can make a call is sms call back system user will text his or her destination number to our sms access number and our system will call back to customer and when he or her answer the phone dial the destination number has been text.
4. Multi Callback Carrier Support:
We know some times carriers have problem for the quality or DTMF support for this reason we need support multi carrier for callback services.
We have many international customers then we want to support multi-currency like USD, Euro, Pound, and Ringgit.
IVR must be British English.
7. Call Options:
Terminate the call on IVR, Redial, place a new call and balance.
We need six digit extension number XXXXXX that also assigned with a calling card pin number and all must be in profile that I call as share DID that some incoming share DID will map to this profile that when someone call this DID there is IVR says welcome to click online please enter your extension number something like that and connect to that extension number and all extension by default like and if we map dedicated DID to extension that is additional for the customer but still can use share DID’s.
We need this option for our IP Telephony system and most important part is for balance and charging their service by Calling Cards, Voucher and online purchase.

2. Forward and Voice Mail:
We need give forward and voicemail services to the user the forward right now is working but we need to give voice mail access from user panel to user as I described in email user can choose forwarding or voice mail for his IP Telephony system. And when they choose voice mail the recording will be send to their mail to email mail box.

We need to integrate A2billing to our website, that is joomlafor our automation and include online registration for our products.
