When someone needs to ask a business a question (do you have a table available, is this product in stock, how much would that cost), they don't like to call. So we make it possible for them to send text messages instead.
Our Communication Assistants make the phone call on the consumer's behalf to ask the question, and then send the text response to them.

- THIS IS HOME-BASED WORK, so it's important to have a good computer with chrome browser, and a strong Internet connection via WiFi. A headset and Skype is also essential.
