Our company fast growing consulting business needs an enthusiastic and organised Sales Support Virtual Assistant to help build our database and research potential customers online and via LinkedIn.
If you’re the person we’re looking for, you’ll enjoy working on the Internet, be well organised, methodical and reliable. You’ll have a couple of years experience in a role such as a Virtual Assistant/PA, Online Marketing Assistant or as a Sales Support person previously. Whatever your experience, you will have a high level of familiarity with the web. You may be familiar with Google, LinkedIn, Google Docs and Email Marketing and you’ll likely be personally active on social media. Ideally you will hold a university degree in a business or communications stream.
You’ll have a unique ability to multi-task, remain organised and carefully follow well laid out instructions and processes.
You will require your own computer (ideally a Mac but PC’s are fine too). You’ll have a reliable Internet Connection and be comfortable communicating with people via Skype and email. Working with us, you’ll be keen to learn, grow and enjoy a satisfying career
