The company is in the Financial industry, and we have an innovative product, so we are looking to create a website that is both serious (financial) but also modern in its design and look.
Nothing will be sold through the website.
We are thinking about using squarespace, which will give us the modern design we look for while hopefully keeping the expenses low.
I'm attaching some information such as our brochure, to give an idea of what we do. We currently have a very simple website which is old, slow, and ugly (www.flexnotes.com). But it shows a bit of the information which will need to go into the new website.
The new website itself will have two parts:
1) General information and company pages - This will be the first part we need, it will include information on the company, what we do, how our products are better for our clients(advantages, examples, etc). Here´s a quick description of what we're looking for:
1- Home page with a quick description of the Company and product (with link to full description page), a disclaimer section, and maybe some graphic, diagram or image that describes the product.
2- Long page with Product description and with Advantages section. Partners and collaborator section, with links to their sites
3- Product applications (this page shows the different applications for the product, we have a similar page on the brochure and on the current site)
4- FAQ - this might include a description of the "issuance process" and other things our clients might need to know.
5- Contact page, but we do not need or want a contact box, we'll give a contact number and email and the address.
2) Client area - This can be done after the first part is completed. This area should be password protected, and it should have a requirement for clients to register if they want to enter.
In this page, once a client enters the clients portal, it should show:
1- Product Suite. This is where we will show our proprietary products. At the moment we only have 3. The initial page will show small boxes of information (name, year return, risks) for each product, and clients can click on a box and go to the description page for the product (with a PDF fact sheet and some information).
1- Client account. The client should be able to download some pdf documents specific to them. This is very simple, some clients will have no documents, and some will have 2 or 3 pdf files on their page.
Please let us know what you can bring for this project.
