We are looking for a customer service Agent / manager to work for our company Branched.
We need them to take incoming calls from customers, incoming emails about problems / returns / enquires.
We need the agent to liaise with the warehouse for tracking numbers etc
We have 2 brands with about 100 products and have probably 20-30 emails a day and probably 10 phone calls.
We need someone with perfect english, a degree and can think on their feet.
SEO experience is also a bonus for link building
