I'm writing from a charity and we are exploring options for using a CRM to better manage our internal record keeping, and possibly automate some externally-facing tasks. We have a list of top features and we would like to explore various platforms for implementing this. One option is to use Sales Force, but we would like to speak with someone who understands the functionality so that we can understand what is possible.
We are looking to pay for one hour of a developers time to meet face-to-face on Skype to talk through our ideas and to benefit from your experience in working with Sale Force. This will help us understand what is possible with the platform and our possible next steps, if we decide to move forward with our project.
To apply for this, experience of interpreting client requirements and an excellent level of spoken English (and a reliable internet connection!) are essential. If you have knowledge of other CRM systems, this would be real advantage to help us. In your application, please state the features that you have implemented using sales force implementations (automated emails, logic flows, SMS integrations, etc...).
