My name is David and I work as a computer support technician, to support my clients I use AMMYY Admin (www.ammyy.com).
as full payed license in ammyy I get access to logs that shows me the clients ID I contacted, the time and date I started the connection and the duration that I was connected to them.
I would like to create an excel document that will be able to go to the ammyy admin report sites of my connection (require user and password) and then take all the data into excel into a table.
in another tab in the same excel I would like to create a table that identifies the customer ID with the name of the customer and when the routine imports the data from the site I would like it to show not only the customer ID but the name of the customer and the name of the company.
at the moment I already have something like that that works but at the moment I have 2 problems with it:
1. I can't get the data directly from the website, I need to export the html file and then get the data into the excel.
2. because of upgrading from excel 2010 to excel 2013 some of the functions stopped working in my excel.

is this something that you know how to do? can you estimate the time frame for the work (how much billable hours should it be)?
