We are a provider of hosted authenticaton, federation and identity systems, and are looking to further the expertise and availability of our world class support team by engaging with an agency or individual to assist us to remain the market leader in this solution.
You will be an enthusiastic computer geek, well versed in all things Microsoft, supporting both our Windows Azure-hosted server infrastructure, and our bespoke components. This is an opportunity to work exclusively with us for up to 40 hours per week, assisting the support team with customer requests,
on-boarding new customers, patching our servers, windows backups, and being the first line of response for our in-depth monitoring software.
In addition, some telephone support might be included. In return, we offer competitive salary, some flexibility towards hours worked and the chance to join a market-leading company.
