Seeking an experienced vicidial and asterisk administrator to provide support, maintenance, and programming on linux dedicated server. Must be easily available in case of any down-time.
1. Enhance the callback system to remind telemarketers with alerts at the time the callback is scheduled for. This is a default feature in vicidial which once worked and suddenly stopped working.
2. Modify Vicidial user interface by removing unneeded/unused functions, buttons, graphics, and adding new fields. Create a questions and answers workflow which integrates into the script.
3. Experience with vicidial to vtiger integration.
4. Change to new VOIP company.
5. Strong Linux Experience. Currently using CentOS
