National Capital Solutions Corporation is looking for a B2B Appointment Setting Expert to help us generate additional leads and increase the customer base for our business. This project is directly related to our cash flow management (accounts receivable management) offering available to businesses in the US.
- Identify new prospects
- Persuade prospects to schedule an appointment
- Qualify leads (this is the most important responsibility)
- Schedule sales appointments in Google Calendar
- Identify and nurture relationships with prospects via phone and/or email.
- Follow up with any leads generated by the marketing team.
- Ability to set qualified appointments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English)
- Strong interpersonal skills
This is a contract position for an independent contractor (or company). The initial term is one month with a mutual option to renew. The highest performing appointment setters are using best practices and making warm calls. You can use other methods if you prefer but the activity must be approved to ensure only ethical and legal methods are utilized.
Our sales reps close 50%-75% of qualified appointments (based on 5 point scale). The contract pays only for closed deals from the appointments you generated.
The contract pays on monthly sales totals.
1st Sale $100
2nd Sale $150
Additional Sales $200 each
If you set 1 Qualified Appointment per day (20 appts in a month estimate 10-15 sales) would be paid $1,850 to $2,850 for the month.
If you set 2 Qualified Appointments per day (40 appts in a month estimate 20-30 sales) would be paid $3,850 to $5,850 for the month.
Unqualified appointments never close. If you set 100 unqualified appointments every day you will make $0. To make sure this doesn't happen we have a 5 point qualification system. Appointments that score 4-5 points are considered qualified appointments. In the first month the maximum appointments allowed per week is 30 (120 appointments per month). This will allow coaching if any quality issues arise.
We have paid hourly rates in the past and received very poor quality appointments which were a waste of time. We will NOT accept any hourly rate proposals.
We have also paid per appointment previously and received very poor quality appointments which were a waste of time. We will NOT accept any pay per appointment proposals.
Both our contractors and our company are very successful with this pay for performance model. This project requires quality of appointment not quantity of appointment. If you are not confident that you are able to set high quality appointments please do not apply.
Most of our contractors can produce a quality appointment for every 1-2 hours of work. As an independent contractor you can work as many or as few hours as you would like.
