There are two projects to be done. A large bonus will be paid if one of these projects can be finished immediately, either by the end of today or tomorrow. This contract will go to the individual who can complete it in the shortest time possible.
The first project requires that a user be able to plot lines on the image, and then an intensity map (against time/every other image in the set) is done for all pixels perpendicular to the line going away from it, for a distance of up to 150 pixels. A spatiotemporal graph will be produced to demonstrate if changes are occurring over time, as well as how far away they are occurring from the plotted lines. A graph will be produced with this information.
The second project requires the user to be able to upload a set of TIFF images in matlab, and then select a rectangular area of this image. The selected area will be analyzed for changes in pixel intensity over the duration of the set of images, and a graph will be produced to demonstrate pixel intensity.
