Currently seeking an experienced Business/Systems Analyst professional with a track record of delivering innovative consumer products to assume ownership of the company’s product development efforts. The Business/Systems Analyst will provide leadership in gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and user acceptance testing related activities.  This role will be pivotal in helping ensure we deliver the highest quality products on time and within budget.

1. Document functional and non-functional requirements
2. Create and manage product requirements, roadmaps, project plans, and product specifications in collaboration with internal teams
3. Develop process flows, screen designs, data flow diagrams, and any other documentation that may be necessary
4. Manage the design/build/test/release process end-to-end through consideration of market research, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability study findings
5. Work with Product Managers, in conjunction with the Product Marketing team and the online travel industry, to assure consistency between travelers’ and travel suppliers ‘ perspectives of display and booking workflow
6. Manage stakeholders expectations; understand business drivers
7. Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, potentially perform configuration, tests, and roll-outs to business users and customers
8. Prioritize Requirements; Understand technical feasibility
9. Recommend changes in business process, development, maintenance and system standards

-2+ years’ experience working within the online travel industry or other consumer websites that required complex user interactions is required
-Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst /Business Analysts role in an agile environment. (Be prepared to tell us about the products you've developed!)
-Solid experience in a high-tech industry & experience in an entrepreneurial or startup environment
-Knowledge and experience with common software development practices and the ability to grasp complex systems and speak about user work flow with developers
-Experience working with development team on complex projects
-Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and cross functional peers to support deadlines
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an agile development environment
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
-A problem-solving attitude; The ability to attack a problem from both an engineering and an end-user perspective
