Tax bracket for 25% and 33%.
Provide a calculation in excel
1) To give yearly cash flow,
2) yearly remaining loan balance,
3) yearly appreciation,
4) what is the gross & net profit for the investors for each years. consider the tax aspect and Also include the selling cost for the property.
