We will be creating an e-commerce / point of sale system for a company that repairs consumer electronics.
the project scope would be as follows:
1. Update to fresh install of the latest magento.
2. import all products
3. Install Back-end PoS extension
4. create a separate magento store for each of our brick and mortar locations
5. customize back-end POS to handle our work flow (it may be more cost effective to minimize this and keep workflow inside of zendesk).
essentially we want to use magento/ zendesk as our multichannel eccommerce/POS, Customer service, and ticketing system.
it would be very helpful if you and I could discuss what balance of these two would be most effective and seemless
