I have a 12 week program that I need laid out into a ready to go format.
The program consists of a weekly meal plan with a shopping list, and recipe list attached with it.
And a weekly workout routine.
My weekly routine will consist of 3 separate formats.
1. Local Workouts
3. Online/ Beginner
I will fax my hand written meal plans & workouts and have you type everything up in my layout that I will provide an example of.
I would like all of my documents saved into folders. And sent to me in organized zip files.
When I go to launch my 12 week program I simply want to copy and paste my work.
I would also like a binder created with a table of contents, and have my entire program laid out. This can be mailed to me.
After this project is complete I will have several other projects for you as well.
