PHONE, CHAT & REMOTE SUPPORT TECH
Tasks will include:
- Provide level I support in a Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows 8 environment.
- Phone Support, Remote Support & chat Support
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, peripherals, desktop computers, monitors,
printers, virus removal.
- Support Exchange and Active Directory.
- Document trouble tickets and use ticketing system.
- 1-2+ years of experience in HelpDesk and Desktop technical support
- Strong verbal communication and customer services skills
- Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows 8
- Application Support including Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Word, Excel,
- Active Directory
MAC OS X, MAC OSX
MCDST, Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician, MCITP
