We currently have a data collection device that captures data and stores it in Azure Table Storage. Other than the free tools available like Azure Storage Explorer found here http://azurestorageexplorer.codeplex.com/
We do not have a mobile application created to display this data. We have done some research and would like some sample apps built using Sencha Touch to display the data. We would also like to incorporate some authentication. A typical login before viewing the data.
Sencha has an extension for Azure Table Storage. Info is here.
Additionally we would like the data we have been collecting be represented in at least 3 different ways.
1. In a standard data table format. User selects date range first
2. As live streaming data where only the most recent update to the data is displayed without having to refresh
3. And displayed graphically in a data driven chart that displays the changes over a time period. User selects date range first..
Also required is a section of the app that we will call
"Drawings". This is simply an image gallery of images that we supply that allows a user to flip through them. We have converted the images to SVG files.
The data being accessed is very basic and simply stores ON or OFF information with a date/time stamp. The description of each entry will be in the Table Storage row.
The app(s) must work in mobile phones and tablets. Experts are free to offer their advice on development platforms since we have yet to decide which product to use for development. However we are leaning toward Sencha.
These samples could lead to ongoing work for the developer.
