Engineering & Architecture 3D Modeling & CAD Posted 2 years ago

I have an office building project that has been approved.  The design is for three office condominiums that are two stories each.  We need to change the design so that it is one building.  This will free up site space and allow for more parking and or square footage.  Having the approved project on Revit will make modifications to the changed project easier.  At this point I just want the Revit file.  I will proceed with design changes at that point.

The original design architect is no longer working for clients.  He does not have the original CAD files.

I would like you to create Revit & AutoCAD if you think I will need the CAD then provide me a PDF of the new design so that I can print them in full sheets.

We can discuss 3D output once we get the Revit file.

I'm not in a big hurry so there is time to do this correctly.

Below is the Dropbox folder with the complete design documents.
