We are currently looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to help the CEO with the day to day tasks of the company.
These tasks include:
-Email and calendar management.
-Updating the client data base.
-Managing DJ Bookings.
-Buying online gifts and scheduling delivery to clients.
-Managing company reports.
-Helping CEO with day to day administrative tasks as assigned.
-Updating employee payroll.
