I would like you to create PCB design.
Board 1. AC to DC converter.
The board should contain circuit for transforming 100-220V alternating current to 3 DC current outputs for powering up LED board 1 or 2. The board should include spark chip (spark.io). It will be used for controlling LED brightness for every output channel (see below).
The board should fit the vessel which represents two concentric cylinders, one attached to another. Fist cylinder diameter is 23 mm and height is 20 mm and the second cylinder if 15 mm diameter and 10 mm height.
Board 2. LED board 1.
The board have donut geometry, outer diameter is 35 mm, inner diameter is 5 mm, with 2 holes for screws (2 mm diameter each). The board should have powerful 3-color LEDs placed on it. The total LED power should be at least around 10W. The emitting LED angle should be around 120 degrees. The board should have 4 inputs (-, +(red), +(green), +(blue)). The board will be placed on a heatsink.
Board 3. LED board 2.
The board have the same geometry as LED board 1. The board should have powerful LEDs placed on it. Half of LEDs should emit cool light, other half should emit warm light. The total LED power should be around 10W. The emiting LED angle should be around 120 degrees. The board will have 3 inputs (-, +(cool light), +(warm light)). The board will be placed on a heatsink.
Further your will need to explain me the technology for producing the devices and motivated production cost estimates.
