We operate a start-up in Santa Monica, CA that focuses on couple's dinner, adventure, and leisure experiences.

We are looking to fill a space on our Web Operations Team with somebody looking to grow into a management-development role. The current position entails the following:

Developing and executing an operations-management plan that is cost effective, but does not decrease the level of quality service we provide.

Experience providing written communication to customers and upper management including progress reports and planning.

Strong Telephone-skills for deal with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Experience with remote teams, call-center-management, customer-relations, and business-writing is a plus!
