Hourly rate: $2.22 - $5.55
We are looking for a team player to become our new support staff member. All candidates must be well versed with the WHMCS billing/support system, and be able to handle chat/ticket based support. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be comfortable switching between roles. While this job will have a heavy focus on maintaining WHMCS billing and support, examples of additional roles may include projects such as assisting to delegate tasks to developers, interacting with clients (mostly through live chat / ticket system, sometimes via email, and perhaps occasionally over VOIP), preparing/reviewing monthly invoices, and other similar administrative tasks.
