MarketMaker4 provides a comprehensive eSourcing solution that supports the entire sourcing life-cycle. We empower procurement professionals by giving them the ability to decide not just how to source, but also what to source, when to source and who to source from.
This role includes:
* Researching potential suppliers and identifying contacts information
* Technical support to assist users operating our platform
* Training some users to use the platform
* Providing assistance via phone, email and chat
* Providing reactive and proactive support
* Using web-based tools to carry out supply market research
This is NOT a cold-calling sales role.
YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK DURING EUROPEAN WORKING HOURS. You will also need to do some work during USA working hours to liaise with team members there. This role is NOT suitable for someone who already has a full-time job.
You will need to be comfortable with web-based and telephone research and also the use of MS Office, Google Apps etc.
You must have excellent written and spoken English.
Additional Languages spoken would be a plus.
