I need a financial analysts that can take four spreadsheets which are used to calculate my income by asset values and then present this that is clear and logical in a grid split by H1 and H2 2014.
I need the model to contain inputs for the following:
Exit date of investment - this means we no longer accrue income from the date the asset is sold.
The month end date - we issues sales invoices and book the revenue in the income statement on the date of issuance of the sales invoice but we have to defer the income and spread it over the 6 month period.
The invoices are issued in euros but our accounts are in GBP so we need to deal with conversion.
The model needs to essentially be dynamic in that it can be easily updates from the same original worksheets going forward.
The model needs to essentially calculate the amount of income that should be deferred at the end of each month and provide the amounts for both the balance sheet and the income statement
I need a quick turnaround on this.
