Currently seeking a Tier 1 Customer Support Assistant to assist management with basic customer support duties.

Primary duties include assisting with customer inquiries, cancellation requests and basic technical functions related to domains and web hosting.

We have multiple product offerings however most of your time will be spent supporting our web hosting company so technical experience and computer savvy are important considerations.

You will be required to work part-time to start, 5 days per week. Monday-Friday U.S.

We have a great team that is very upbeat and motivated. This is a great opportunity to find stable employment and grow into a more advanced position. Bonuses and pay raises are provided upon good performance.
